Joint Board Work Session

Stayton Fire District & Sublimity Fire District

Location: Santiam Golf Course

 

Purpose:

A joint board work session to discuss inter-district topics and operational collaboration between Stayton Fire District and Sublimity Fire District. Discussion items may include shared services, training coordination, communications/radio systems, budgeting considerations, and other matters of district business. No formal action will be taken.

 

Public Attendance:

This work session is open to the public pursuant to Oregon Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610–192.690). Seating may be limited.

 

Public Comment:

This work session will focus on information-sharing and board collaboration. Public comment will not be taken during the work session. Members of the public may submit written comments in advance or provide comment at a future regular board meeting.

Materials (if any) and minutes/recordings will be available in accordance with public records and meetings requirements.
